Our tree-lined Main Street has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1978 and our inn is just one of fifteen turn of the century mansions built by early Jewish settlers.

Wake up each morning to beautiful scenery and a delicious breakfast. Take a walk outside and enjoy our beautiful neighborhood, inviting porches, and spectacular sunrises. Don't want to go out for dinner? Laura also provides catering upon request. Try those famous Apple Dumplings that you've been hearing about!

If you're wondering what to do, Noble County has 6 opportunities to swing those clubs, including Cobblestone Golf Course. Why not get the family together and go bowling? Take a stroll through one of our parks, The Jenny Thompson garden is beautiful, along with the Triangle Park which is home to our Historic Clock. In the mood for a trip to the zoo.. we have one of those in a neighboring town..Albion, which is a short 15 minute trip from Ligonier. Ligonier is located 20 minutes from Shipshewana and Nappanee, and if you're from out of town, we are less than 20 miles away from 5 of the 6 longest highways in the United States.

We are open year round, and offer a smoke free environment. Guests may choose to smoke on the front porch if desired.

The Master bedroom is our largest room. It has a King size bed along with a full size bed, perfect for families or those girlfriend get aways!! It also has two comfy wingback chairs, a cushioned bench, and padded cedar chest for extra seating. The furniture in this room is antique east-lake walnut and the dressers have marble tops. This room also has an in room airconditioner and ceiling fan for your added comfort. This room also has a private bath with a shower. After a good nights rest come downstairs to the dining room for a Full Hot Breakfast served by candle light..

This room is furnished with a full sized antique waterfall bedroom suit along with a fainting sofa, chair and writing desk. The chair is next to the window which makes it a perfect place to read.. grab a book from my library or bring your favorite. This room also has an in room airconditioner plus a ceiling fan for your comfort. The bath for this room is across the hall and shared with the Maids Room, if anyone is in it...It has a clawfoot tub with a hand held shower. In the morning your full candle lit breakfast will be waiting for you.

This is the smallest, coziest, of all..It is furnished with a full size bed, small dresser and a wingback chair. It is nestled in the back corner next to the maids stairway that leads down to the kitchen. That stairway is narrow and not intended for guest, if you get caught using it you will surely be "put to work"...Trust me in this room you will be the first to "smell the breakfast" So find the "front" stairway and make your way to the dining room for your candle lit breakfast..And this room shares the bath with the guest room, again you only have to share if I'm full...Again this room is furnished with an in room airconditioner and ceiling fan.
